Big Bang Migration
In some instances, a big-bang approach is the best fit. This enables quick adoption of the ICE platform benefits, with all policies and/or claims being migrated at a single point in time.
ICE are highly experienced in big bang migrations, such as migrating major insurer brands off legacy systems for ERS, Provident NZ and The AA.
Migration at Renewal
For our Policy platform, the at-renewal approach provides a clean cutoff point to transition a policy over to ICE.
For most insurance policies, where these are written on an annual term, the migration system will run continually for one year, during which there is the ability to adapt to changing needs over time. Our successes include John Lewis and Hood Group.
